Society puts tremendous pressure on men and women to achieve the ‘perfect’ figure. For some, squeezing a 7 pound human out of your hoo-ha doesn’t even count as an exemption.

Here’s a mom who chose to steer clear of the Transformation Tuesday hashtag, and instead love her post-pregnancy body.

Meet Olivia White, a mother of two and mommy blogger from Sydney, Australia.

Olivia runs a blog called House Of White, where she shares her parenting adventures featuring her two kids, Annabelle and Teddy.

Last week, Olivia posted a photo on Facebook and Instagram revealing her post-pregnancy body, along with a few words.

Puffy face, droopy milk filled boobs, wider hips and belly full of stretch marks!! That’s my post baby reality, no ‘bouncing back’ here! And you know what? I couldn’t give a shit! Because I’m not the same person I was before I had babies, so why would would I want my body to reflect something and someone I no longer am? Those droopy boobs fed my babies and grew them up big and strong 💪🏻 Those hips and rippled belly was home to my little babes for 9 months 🙌🏻 It might not be the ‘transformation’ body so many ogle or aspire to! And sure, some days I wish it didn’t jiggle so much and was a bit ‘firmer’ but then I just remember the awesome shit it’s done and cut myself some slack and go eat a cheeseburger, because we earned it 👍🏻 📸: @sleepinggrace

So you know when someone says something about you and your like, meh whatever! But then they say something about your friend and your like “HELLS NO BISH I WILL CUT YOU” well yeh that happened🖕🏻 Someone told @___laurenkate (a healthy, strong and ripped AF mumma) that her stomach looked gross because she’d had kids 🙅🏼 ahhhh what the actual fuck mate 😒 this gorgeous mumma puts herself out there daily and is the inspiration and motivation for many out there juggling kids and a life and sacrifices sleep to squeeze in a workout 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 what gives anyone the right to comment on another’s body, let alone a mum who sacrificed her own body to build another 🙌🏻 Fuck me I’d give up one of my kidneys to half look as good as her but I’m not nearly a quarter as motivated and like carbs way too much so I’m just over her with my 4 times bigger portion sizing of pasta and weight in McNuggets like 💁🏼 I’d love someone to go tell me my tummy is “disgusting” then I’ll throw salt and pepper at them and eat them too 😆 I’m happy being “the fat friend” 😂 in an apocalypse you’ll be happy my juicy and tender ass if your mate 🍔

While there’s no shame in trying to get back to your pre-baby weight, post-pregnant figures should be celebrated more often.

Words cannot explain how much love I have for this man! He is truly the most amazing person I’ve ever met! He is hard working, he is loving, he is the kindest and most giving human being you’ll ever meet! He is a wonderful father, who worships the ground our girls walk on! The look on their face when he walks in the door just melts my heart and makes me fall in love with him just that little bit more every time, even when I thought I couldn’t possibly love him anymore! I can’t believe in just a few days we’ll be celebrating your ‘dirty thirty’ when I met you as a wayward teenager 😂 If anyone has any gift ideas for the old guy, please don’t hesitate to suggest 😜
